The Basement Revue podcast gives its audience a front row seat to intimate performances by an impressive line-up of Canadian artists. This 12-part, first season transports listeners to Toronto’s Dakota Tavern where the magic happens. Musician Jason Collett, poet Damian Rogers and singer Torquil Campbell have played host to some of this country’s most celebrated authors, musicians, poets and storytellers including Gord Downie, Michael Ondaatje, Hayden and Max Kerman from Arkells.

Each performance is followed by an interview with each artist about what drives and inspires them. For the first time in its nine-year run, The Basement Revue experience is available to a wider audience in this exclusive new podcast.
